Making time for what energizes me, enables me to live the life out of everyday. My grown-up Christmas wish is for you to experience this in your life too!
It starts with Fun and Purpose. Another term often used is "to live in your passion." In The Real Secret To Life Balance, Lauren Bacon calls this "the sweet spot." She goes on to describe it like this: "where what matters most to you - be it creating art, exploring and pursuing adventure, learning, connecting with friends and family or aligning with your core values - intersects with what boosts your engine, puts you in flow and makes you feel on fire and in love with life. It's not just fun, nor is it simply purpose. It's the magical place where the two come together for a delicious tango."
I am passionate about helping others live their best life! I love speaking to individuals and crowds about ways to make the most of every opportunity and to motivate them to find that "sweet spot" in their lives!
With so many distractions and demands coming at you day after day, this may seem unattainable for you right now. My friend, it's time to change your mindset and start living life to the full. As you look ahead to 2019, consider this question: If time and money were no object, what would you be doing? If your current situation feels out of balance, I'm not suggesting that you quit your day job or fire your kids. I am, however, suggesting that you begin to explore answers to the following questions:
1. Who do you want to be?
2. What does that look like?
3. How are you going to get there?
I answered these questions several years ago and mapped out a plan that allowed me to find my "Sweet Spot." You see, helping you get to this place in your life is my fun and purpose. I want to help you discover what it takes to get to that magical place. It is different for everyone yet attainable for all!
When I left my executive position in Corporate America, I had so many people ask me why. As the owner of SHINEWORTHY TEA I educate people on the mighty tea leaf and the benefits of this amazing drink. As a speaker and author, I motivate and inspire people to have the ride of their lives. This is what energizes me!"
