Sue Ann Cordell is recognized as a great storyteller, and excellent communicator. She has been an invited guest speaker at colleges and universities, churches, retreats, conferences, workshops, and seminars for more than 25 years. Her interactive and entertaining style helps audiences connect and relate as she shows them how to find fulfillment in their careers, relationships, and their daily lives. Through humor and inspiration, she not only challenges people to change, she motivates them to do so. She is the author of Simplify, A Life Anchored in Purpose and Social Graces, A Practical Guide to Surviving the Holidays. She is the owner of SHINEWORTHY Tea and SHINEWORTHY Lifestyles.

Sue Ann is married to Randy Cordell, Lead Pastor at Lakeshore Christian Church in Nashville, Tennessee. She is “Mom” to Hether Crawford and Bobby Cordell, and “Nana” to Randi, Rowan, Riley, Claire, Jackson, Anderson, and Eden. She studied music at Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina. From 1991 - 2014, she worked in the entertainment industry as a top executive. In 2014, she decided to leave the corporate world and pursue another path as a small business owner. In addition to running her own business, she works as a loan consultant for a leading mortgage company. You will often hear her say, “I had an amazing career in show business for 23 years and now I’m having the ride of my life as an entrepreneur and inspiring men and women to live the life out of every day!” She loves music, enjoys hiking, golf, playing the piano, and spending time with her family.
